After studying Political Sciences and Communication, Fred worked at the Institut Lumiere with Thierry Frémaux for 7 seven years on issues of cultural heritage and programmed movies from the Arab World. He then wrote as a critic and columnist for several French newspapers and the radio.
Since 2002, he has been coordinating the Culture Section for Euronews (TV).
